Our Services

The following are some of the immigration services we provide:

Family-Based Immigration

Family-based immigration is the right path for you when an immediate family member is either a U.S. citizen or U.S. lawful permanent resident. This is one of the easiest and quickest ways for a foreign national to obtain U.S. lawful permanent residence (a.k.a. a green card).

We will help you put together the strongest petition for your case to give you the best chances of receiving an approval. There are many myths and misconceptions about the requirements for family-based petitions, but we know that people have 21st-century family arrangements, and we know how to present these cases to USCIS.

Employer-Sponsored Immigration

Being an employer means completing tons and tons of paperwork to meet tons and tons of legal requirements. And, now, let me guess … you found a rockstar employee, and you want to keep them on a permanent basis, but they are a foreign national with limited work authorization.

We can help you identify the best path for sponsoring your employee (e.g., H-1B, H-2B, PERM, etc.). Our goal is to take the burden off of you so that you can focus on running your business.

Self-Sponsored Immigration

Are you awesome? Are you doing something amazing? Are you at the top of your field? If you are, you may be able to self-sponsor for U.S. lawful permanent residence. Our clients often have a PhD in science, engineering, or technology, but some do not.

Our immigration lawyers will work hard to strategically highlight all of your accomplishments, and present a strong petition to USCIS, so that you have the best chance of winning your case.

Asylum

We understand that sometimes people come to the U.S. seeking refuge. If you’re afraid to return to your home country, we can help you figure out if filing for asylum through USCIS or immigration court is the right path for you. This can be a very long process and it’s important to do it right from the beginning.

Bond

If you or your family member is in immigration detention, we can assess whether an immigration bond is an option. If you or your family member is eligible for bond, we can help you request a bond hearing with immigration court and present your case to an immigration judge.

Removal/Deportation Defense

Immigration court can be the scariest thing you’ve ever faced. You should not have to face it alone. There are many removal or deportation defenses that can help you. We look at all of the facts of your case to assess your options and to pursue every line of defense you have available.

Waivers

Sometimes you have selected an immigration strategy but find out that you need a waiver before you can move forward. Whether it is a hardship waiver, unlawful presence waiver, J1 waiver or travel ban waiver, an immigration lawyer can help you navigate the USCIS or embassy process to overcome the barrier that is keeping you from achieving your immigration goals.

U.S. Citizenship / Naturalization

You want to complete your immigration journey by applying for U.S. citizenship. If you are a U.S. lawful permanent resident, we can help you determine if you meet the requirements for U.S. naturalization. To do this, a citizenship lawyer will look at your travel history and criminal background to see if you meet all of the requirements. Sometimes, though, it turns out that people are American citizens and don’t know it. We can help you with this, too.

Immigration Litigation

Every now and then a case is taking much longer than expected. You’ve filed all the papers, paid all the fees, attended your interview, and inquired about your case, but USCIS or the State Department are not making a decision on your case. In these circumstances, we will file a lawsuit against the government in order to force them to adjudicate your case. It is entirely unreasonable for you to have to wait in limbo for months or years at a time. Our team of immigration lawyers have no problem going toe-to-toe with the government and fighting for your rights.
